According to Dr. Ram of The Healing Gardens, TAGARA-(Valerian Officinalis): Treats restlessness, sleep disturbances resulting from nervous conditions, insomnia, epilepsy, delirium and behavioral imbalances, stress anxiety, enhances memory, improves sleep quality, and lowers blood pressure.
Tagara is used in Dr. Rams Sleep Solution, an Ayurvedic herbal sleep aid.
