My website (TeenWitch.com) gets more traffic than most business websites, including more traffic than many top 100 corporations!
The goal is to find a business person who can make money from my ability to bring in a large audience.
I think I have built enough of the website that almost anyone can figure out what I am building.
You have to believe that the project I am building is worthwhile and will bring in tens of millions of visitors a year. You also have to believe that I am capable of building this project.
I’m no good at business. Never have been. My brain isn’t wired that way.
I can create amazing works, but I can’t make money doing it.
I need to find a businessperson who can handle the money and business aspects and set me free to build one of the world’s most amazing projects.
I am claiming that with very minimal support (ridiculously minimal) that i can obtain traffic in large quantities and outperform websites that are spending hundreds of millions of dollars a year and hiring more than a thousand persons to work on their web sites.
Type history of operating systems into Google and you will notice that my site (OSdata.com) is number two to only Wikipedia (and I could be above Wikipedia if I had the time to write against their tens of thousands of writers). Notice that CNET, which was my main competition for number one for years, is no longer in the top 10 results (first results page).
Type teen witch into Google and you will notice that my site is number one and the only website on the first results page that is actually about teen witchcraft rather than the motion picture of the same name. Notice that the two websites ahead of me are Wikipedia (number 7 website in the world) and IMDB (number 34 website in the world). Notice that Silver Ravenwolf, author of the best selling book “Teen Witch” is no longer in the top 10 results (first results page).
Type Atlantic Records address or Columbia Records address into Google and you will notice that my site is number one, ahead of two very large corporation’s own websites!

These are not random results.
In 2007 I stopped by the offices of a large web company (one that runs full page color ads in glossy business magazines) and attempted to get a job as a website writer, citing my search results. The “experts” there claimed that it is impossible to effect “organic” search listings and that my results were mere coincidence. They stated that only paid search engine results can be optimized.
I claim that these results on diverse subject matters (some nainstream, some not) are the result of genius. I claim to be a genius digital writer. I claim that, all by myself, I can outwrite teams of dozens, hundreds, and even thousands of paid professionals all of whom wear business suits. I claim that you cannot hire any number of persons in business suits to outwrite me.
And these are results I have obtained with less than an hour a day of writing time. Imagine what I could accomplish if I had a fully working computer and could write 10-16 hours a day, six or seven days a week.
You need to understand that the internet is global, not local. You are competing against everyone in the world, including websites that have hundreds or thousands of paid employees working on their site (or in the case of Wikipedia, more than 30,000 volunteer writers). You are competing against companies that spend hundreds of millions of dollars a year.
I got to the top by outwriting large, well-funded staffs. I am simply a better writer than large staffs of well-paid professionals.
I am falling off from the number one position because I am living in extreme poverty and unable to write enough. I devote 12-1/2 hours a day six days a week to near minimum wage physical labor and am left with at best a half an hour a day to write (assuming I’m not so tired that I fall asleep).
I have a clear plan for getting into the top 100 websites in the world. The plan is based on having at least 60 hours of writing time a week and barely minimal equipment (including an antique computer) at a location within easy walking distance.
Realize that almost all of the websites already in the top 100 are making hundreds of millions of dollars or even billions of dollars a year from their web sites. The exceptions are non-profit sites (such as #7 Wikipedia), U.S. government sites (such as #82 NIH.gov), and new websites that dont yet have a business (such as #27 Twitter).
I do not have any business plan for making money. I do know that websites that have the results I can achieve make lots of money (with a few exceptions).
The whole point of getting together with a business person is for the business person to know how to make money from my abilities.
If I knew how to do this myself, I wouldn’t seek outside help.
There is a huge potential income friom my work if there is a business person willing to pay me minimum wage to write.
We achieve synergy together by each doing different specialties. I bring in the audience. You make money.

Do you understand what I am building here?
Do you believe there is a large audience for what i am building?
Do you believe I am capable of building this project?
Do you believe you can make money from this large audience?
Do you have the money to support the initial building stage (which will take more than a year)?
Do you have the business ability to grow your business as the audience grows?

A lot of persons have read this page.
A whole lotta businesspersons have already passed on this opportunity.
Even so, the odds are in my favor.
There are probably about 65 persons on the entire planet with the brain structure to be able to accomplish what i propose. of those 65, there are probably less than seven that have the right native language and educational background to succeed.
on the other hand, there are literally hundreds of millions of business persons.
I only need to find one business person who wants to achieve on a glbal level at minimal cost.
The odds are in my favor.

I know that I need to work with a business person who knows how to make money in combination with my ability to gather an audience.
There are far more business persons than there are great creative artists. I may be the only person on the planet capable of gathering an audience of tens of milions on a budget of thousands of dollars. There are probably millions of business persons who can make a profit with an audience of tens of millions of humans. I only need to find on such business person.
I have had a long string of negative experiences with business persons, but I realize that I am horribly bad at business (my brain simply doesn’t work that way) and that I need the help of a business person to succeed.
Because I am very poor at business, any business person selected will be checked out by two of my friends.
I need to mention the business habit of trying to destroy things.
I unerstand the planning process for building large scale systems. I figure out and present the lowest possible costs and the suggested improvements over the absolute minimum. Then the business person should either determine that the system can be afforded or not. Instead, business persons have this ridiculous habit of trying to find additional places to cut costs. When I give you the lowest costs humanly possible, I am confident that there is no more that can be cut.
I also understand the idea that the rich person wants to be in control becuase it is theri money. But there is nothing that destroys the creative process faster than some uncreative person with money trying to control things. You haven’t already built this and you need me to build it for you because you simply don’t have the ability and creativity to do this work. Please leave the creativity to the creative person.
current situation
I am currently in a position of extreme poverty (at least by American standards). I can’t afford to eat every day and at most eat two nutritionally poor meals (I try to do the best nutritionally that I can with insufficient financial resources).
I devote 12-1/2 hours a day six days a week to low income work and spend the seventh day running errands
My computer equipment is falling apart. I lost scanner in July 2005. I lost printer in January 2006. I lost large format monitor in April 2007. I lost CD and DVD read and write capability in August 2007. I lost FireWire connection in May 2008. I lost e-mail access October 18, 2008. I lost Twitter access August 10, 2009. I can no longer edit videos. I can no longer record music. I can only work on small artwork. I can barely work in HTML in raw text.
Because of extreme poverty, extreme lack of time, and equipment that is literally falling apart, this website is losing audience.
Due to these harsh conditions, I have lost an avergae of more than one million visitors a year for the last few years.
Right now I am not trying to build up an audience. I am not even trying to stop the loss of audience. I am simply trying to slow down the loss of audience so that there is still a viable base to build back up.
This and another website (Osdata) were among the msot popular websites early in the history of the world wide web.
At their height, these two websites pulled in almost five million (5,000,000) visitors a year.
When Google came into existence, I routinely outperformed websites with staffs of hundreds of writers (in one case an editorial staff of 1,300).
That was while I was a college student.
I now work six days a week. including the downtime associated wwith working (unpaid lunch, travel time, etc.), I spend a little more than 12 hours a day, six days a week to obtain slightly more than minimum wage. On my day off, I run around most of the day doing errands.
This dramatic drop-off in writing time has dramatically hurt readership.
Last year I had only 1.2 million unique visitors and this year I will be under one million.
Further, my ancient equipment is falling apart and I am barely able to continue writing an hour a day. I can no longer send and receive e-mail. I can no longer access most websites.
Another side effect of aging equipment is that it is too broken to do things I used to be able to do. I used to be able to do artwork, animation, and video. Now I can barely do text. And even my text abilities are much more limited than they used to be because I can’t see as much at one time on this tiny monitor. And I lost the ability to send and receive e-mail (a rather basic ability) on October 18, 2008.
Because of the large body of existing work and the still significant web traffic, it is still possible for me to rebuild to millions of visitors a year and even go beyond that to tens of millions.
With minimal support I should be able to build at least one of the top 100 most popular websites in the world, with the audience size that involves.
text books
As just one example of why my websites will have tens of millions of visitors consider college text books.
According to the Los Angeles Times college text books average $120 each (late 2006) and the major book publishers are still jacking up the prices. According to the LA Times, many poor students are barred from higher education (even though they have financial aid or a scholarship) because they simply can’t afford the price of text books, which can be more than a thousand dollars a semester/quarter.
The major book publishers put out new (more expensive) editions of text books every three years. It just happens to be that three years is the amount of time for a text book to saturate the used text book market and cut into sales of new books. The book publishers claim that this is mere coincidence with the timing of their new editions and that they only publish new editions when they need to make improvements on the existing text. it is mere coincidence that these necessary improvements happen to exactly match the sales cycle for every text book they publish!
My plan is to write free downloadable college text books in fields where I am already an expert (including English composition 101, computer programming, history, music thoery, and nutrition). These text books will be available for free reading on the website, free download as PDFs, and can be printed for free by colleges and universities for free distribution to their students. Note that every college student at any English-speaking college or university is required to take English Composition 101.
It will take me time to write college-level text books, but I am a skilled writer, as proven by my highly popular website OSdata.com, a website on computer operating systems that is used by more than 300 universities and colleges around the world and that has been cited by the U.S. Navy in the paperwork justifying switching to Linux for all mission critical computers and by the government of the Federal Republic of Germany in paperwork justifying their switch to Linux.
This is obviously of great value to society, but to a business person the only thing that will matter is the large number of college students who show up to read their assigned texts. Every college student at any English-speaking college or university is required to take English Composition 101. If you assume that my text book is either the assigned text or an acceptable alternative text in half of all these classes, you are reaching half of all English-speaking college students. Add in those who are just interested in learning about the topic or who want high quality reference material Can any business person figure out how to make money from the large college student audience?
I need a few simple things to do this work (beyond what I already have).
I need access to e-mail. My OSdata.com website became popular when professors could easily e-mail me and I could adjust the website to their class needs. Not being able to communicate easily with professors makes it very difficult to adjust the materials to their class needs. I have not had access to e-mail since October 18, 2008, because of equipment failures.
I need the ability to create PDF documents. While it is useful to be able to read the materials online at a website, it is more useful to be able to download the entire book in PDF format (and possibly print portions out). I have not had the ability to create PDFs since October 18, 2008, because of equipment failure.
I need the time to write. It typically takes a skilled professor an entire year of full-time effort to write a single college text book (a project usually performed on a sabbatical). Writing several college level text books is simply not something I can accomplish in the one hour a day currently available after spending 12-1/2 hours a day six days a week working at near minimum wage.
I need for the crippled computer system I am currently using to continue to work so that I can write plain text, formatted text, and HTML. It would be highly useful to have a correctly working computer system, but I need for luck to hold out so that I can at least continue to use my current partially-broken hardware.
At some point I will need to be able to create illustrations, animations, videos, and sound files. This will require substantial computer resources that are not currently available to me.
Let’s be serious. Where else in the entire world are you going to find someone who has the knowledge and skill to write college level text books on a variety of common subjects who will work for minimum wage? Can you understand the incredible opportunity being presented?

Over the years two different book publishers have contacted me. I didn’t contact them. They contacted me.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a book in finished, ready to pritn form.
But the simple fact is that if I were given the time and resources, i could write multiple books. Not just the text books I just mentioned, but general non-fiction books.
This is a potential additional income source. One best selling book would more than pay for a lifetime of minimum wage. And remember that the deal I am offering is that you get all of the income beyond the minimum wage you pay me.
And if you wanted to start your own publishing company, I have all of the non-business skills needed, from writing to lay out to editing to illustration to photography to running a press.
outline of plan
The plan is that you will provide absolute minimal support for me to build up traffic and then you will connect your business to that audience.
I need to be paid minimum wage (the lowest legal amount you can pay me). This is far more than a full time job, but you will get many hours for free.
You need to provide some place for me to work, utilities (including working internet connections), and the barest minimum equipment necessary for success (mostly outdated equipment).
You need to provide hosting and bandwidth (or obtain them). This will initially be a trivial cost (probably less than $50 a year), but as I succeed in obtaining audience, your costs will go up.
And you need to create your own business website that provides a service or goods (or both) that makes you a lot of money.

seperate websites
I need to be clear that there will be separate websites: my websites (TeenWitch.com, OSdata.com,.ThisSideofSanity.com, etc.) and your website (where the business will be located).
I won’t interfere with your website and you won’t interfere with mine.
My websites will remain free, informative, educational, religious websites. Your website will be a business, offering gooods and/or services to make moeny for you.
If I understand IRS rules correctly (which I probably don’t) things get very messy if you try to combine business and religion, but if the two are kept completely separate, then everything is ok.
It is important to keep everything business (your website) completely separate from that which is religious (my websites). I can send visitors to your website.
Further, the nature of the internet has changed. It has become very much more difficult to stand out from the crowd.
It is too late for me to build up your website (unless you are planning on spending millions of dollars a month).
For years I tried to explain that the way to achieve a large audience on the internet is through content creation. I repeatedly said that I could write on almost any topic and get to the top of a category.
I can no longer do that.
In May 2008 a rich and famous man figured out my method and made it famous. He spent hundreds of millions of dollars hiring people to do what I was going to do all by myself.
Other rich people copied his idea.
The only reason that my websites are still viable and popular is that I personally built a lot of popular content before the rich people started their brute force throw money at the wall content building.
It is too late to build up the popularity of your website. You were too slow.
But it is still possible to continue building my existing websites.
The plan is for me to contnue building these websites and to connect to your website that runs some kind of business that make money.

pay
I need to be paid for this work. I simply am not in a position to put in the necessary hours on my own. This is very intense work. I will have to outperform teams of dozens or hundreds of trained professionals. I can’t do that part time.
I need to be paid minimum wage for 60 hours a week.
I understand that business persons consider the minimum wage law to be entirely unfair to the rich, but this isn’t about ethics. This about being able to work.
I must be able to pay rent (in a rather high rent part of the world) or I simply can’t work ful time on this project.
This is not extravagant pay. I will still be struggling to survive.
At this rate of pay I still won’t be able to afford to eat a safe diet. I still won’t have access to medical care. I still won’t be able to engage in normal entertainment, such as movies and tv. I still won’t be able to purchase new clothing.
I wont be living it up on your money. I will be barely surviving — enough that I can focus on the job at hand.
The second reason for minimum wage is reliability.
I have discovered the hard way that business persons who offer less than the minimum wage tend to only pay part of the promised pay or refuse to pay anything at all.
To put it bluntly, business persons who break the minimum wage law also break other laws and are thieves.
web hosting
You need to provide the hsoting for both my website and your website.
I wont outline the needs for your website because I’m not involved in your business in any way.
If you don’t already have someone who can handle your web hosting, I can make recommendations for you.
The web hosting needs the following:
- some kind of UNIX server (including Mac OS X and Linux) — absolutely no Windows servers.
- Apache or equivalent
- PHP 5 or more recent
- MySQL or Oracle
- Telnet or SSH access
- daily web logs, including main web log, error log, referrer log, and access log
Web hosting should initially be very inexpensive (possibly less than $100 a month). As traffic builds, this cost will go up.
Eventually (not within the first year or two), the cost of traffic will reach millions of dollars a year, so it is vital that you know you can grow your business and handle the kind f audience I will deliver.
office
You will need to provide some place for me to work.
This location (probably an office) needs to be secure (with a lock) but also accessible (incluidng late night access).
This location needs to be within a reasonable walking distance of where I live. it would be very wise to keep the walking time less than 30 minutes each way because increased walking time will take away from actual work time.
The location needs to have a working bathroom.
The location needs to have working electricity with sufficient outlets.
The location needs to have enough space for equipment and for me to work.
The location needs minimal furniture, including desk or table, comfortable chair, and shelves.
This does not have to be a big space. It does need to be within reasonable walking distance. And it can’t get excessively hot in summer or excessively cold in winter.
connections
You need to provide two reliable internet connections.
I recommend both DSL and cable.
I need to be able to continue to work when an internet connection goes down. They will go down, often for hours. I need to be able to switch my connection and continue to work.
computer hardware
All of the equipment (except the one case noted) are your property and remain your property.
You need to provide a computer that can run both Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X. This will have to be a used computer.
Because my ability to work depends on this computer, I need to know it is reliable. I must insist that the computer be purchased from the Mac Guys in Costa Mesa, California.
The computer should be a PowerMac G4 dual processors at 1250 MHz with two internal hard drives, 2 GB internal memory, NVDA GeForce4 Ti graphics card, and Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-106D, keyboard, and mouse. Apple made a lot of these computers because it was the last model that could boot in both OS 9 and OS X.
Additionally I need an ergonomic keyboard (because I will be doing a huge amount of typing).
I also need some high quality computer sound system (such as Bose SoundSticks). I am a muisician. I need to hear.
I need an external FireWire portable hard drive with high capacity. Models change quickly, so I can determine an exact model at the time we start work. it would be very wise to have two, but one is essential. This one item becomes my property.
I need to make clear that I have specified a particular antique computer that I am certain will meet my needs. It is an error to think that any antique machine will do.
The needs I am listing are the absolute minimum required for success. I can’t drop items or substitute random items.
computer software
All of the software is your property and remains your property.
All software must be legal copies with valid registration numbers. No stolen or hacked software.
Unsanity FruitMenu, Labels X, and WidnowShade X.
Tom Bender’s Tex-Edit (both Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X versions).
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, version 7 (which works in both Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X). You may have to obtain these as used software. These must be legal copies, complete with install disks, manuals, and registration cards.
It would be very useful to obtain additional Adobe software, such as After Effects and Flash, but these are optional.
web browsing
With my current broken computer hardware, I can no longer access most web sites. I can still access websites that adhere to early standards on the web or that degrade gracefully to early standards.
One serious loss is lack of access to Twitter.
Twitter is an important way to both build audience and communicate with audience. In particular, the bandwidth is paid for by Twitter rather than the account holder.
During the summer of 2009 I started a new Twitter account, posting useful information on astrology, Witchcraft, and nutrition (which you can still view).
These postings pulled in an average of 10 new followers a day. And this was in the summer, when my audience (especially those of high school and college age) aren’t using the internet.
With school in session, the number of new followers a day should have dramatically increased. You could have reasonably expected 50-100 new followers a day just from the existing TeenWitch.com audience.
In a reasonable amount of time I could have easily built up to the 20,000-30,000 followers that TV network executives want to see before approving a television show.
summary
This is a huge project I am building. Business persons wuld normally expect to hire thousands of skilled writers, editors, and other staff and spend tens of millions of dollars a year just to build the text parts.
I can build the text parts all by myself.
Do you understand the size and scale of this project?
I am currently reorganizing the website (second reorganization) to go from a structure to support thousands of web pages to one that will support tens of thousands of web pages.
Under current conditions it will take hundreds of years to build. I am unlikely to live that long.
With minimal support, that number can be dropped to a few decades of work. And just two to five years to reach a point where you should reasonably expect millions of visitors.
I can’t do this by myself. I have neither enough time nor enough money for resources that middle class Americans would consider primative.
I currently spend 12-1/2 hours a day, six days a week, devoted to a near minimum wage job. That leaves me at most an hour a day to write. And sometimes I just go to sleep instead. My feet, knees, and back are in constant pain. It used to be on my day off that the pain would go away, but not anymore. The physical demands are too harsh.
And the computer equipment I have is severely broken. I can’t access ordinary things like e-mail or Twitter or FaceBook or MySpace. I can’t surf the web. I can’t run art programs anymore, much less music, animation, or video software. The video mnitor I use is so small and old and blurry that I spend half my time trying to figure out what is on the screen just to do ordinary editting.
Do you understand that the conditions are so primative and the task so huge that I can’t do the normal business approach of build the entire thing and then let someone rich steal it from me?
